As a church family we celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the second Sunday of every month. We are instructed by the Apostle Paul about the Lord’s Supper in 1 Corinthians 11:23-31, where we are told that before we come to the table of the Lord we should examine ourselves, therefore, we encourage you to examine your hearts in preparation for receiving the Lord’s Supper.
At Westminster we celebrate “open communion” by which we mean that we believe that Lord’s Supper should be open to all believers who have placed their trust in Christ and Christ alone for their salvation and who have been baptized and who are good standing members in an evangelical church. Therefore we welcome visitors who fit the above description to partake in the Lord’s Supper with us.
