Women’s Ministry exists as a ministry to come alongside the Elders as helpers to teach, unite, and encourage women in the church to be disciples of God’s Word.

We seek to disciple women from middle-school age and upward, by teaching a Biblical perspective of womanhood and to nurture Godly relationships by encouraging love and unity, so that women may be a light to one another and to those around us for the glory of God.

We offer various opportunities which teach Biblical truth concerning womanhood.

The book study Identity Theft is currently the primary tool used to teach and nurture relationships between the Women @ Westminster.

All women are invited and encouraged to participate in Women @ Westminster in order to unite our body of women to each other through our common bond of Jesus Christ.

~All for the Glory of God.

Women’s Sunday School

Currently, the Women’s Sunday School class is not meeting together as a group. We are instead participating in our church-wide study of the “Westminster Shorter Catechism: Essential Truths of the Christian Faith” by Ron Gleason during our new Sunday School time at 10:45. A workbook is available for the study. As an alternative, Sunday School can be joined via Zoom each Sunday at meeting ID: 879 6979 3195 and Password: 931880. Please Join us!

Please be on the lookout for more Women’s Sunday School studies in the future.

Identity Theft: Reclaiming the Truth of Who We are in Christ

Womens ministry will begin meeting again beginning August 6th at 630 pm at the church and will be led by Marnie Stroud, Joy Martin, and Sheryl Kramer. Those wishing to attend and in need of child care or in need of a ride to Bible study, please contact Marnie Stroud. The study chosen is “Identity Theft” edited by Melissa Kruger. Please join us as we explore our identity in Christ through the scriptures.

Both men and women are welcome to participate in providing meals. Please contact the church office for the Mercy Meals Coordinator’s contact information if you are aware of anyone in need of meals or if you would like to volunteer to help provide meals.

Celebrations @ Westminster exist to display love, care and kindness in another’s life in honor of Christ and His call for us to be united as a body and to love each other well for the sake of His name. Celebrations are led by a team of women from the church. The purpose is to provide Showers and “Meet and Greet” Receptions. Please contact the church office for the Celebration Team Coordinator’s contact information of you are aware of anyone in need of Celebration.
